As we all know, an online business can appear larger than it really
is. An attempt, maybe, to appear more trustworthy? And larger businesses
work to appear smaller than they really are in order to make the shopping
experience seem more personal. Both approaches are guided by the desire
to gain more customers and make more money -- both goals of Red River
Golf. However, both approaches are an attempt to disguise the business
instead of opening it to their customers. At Red River Golf, we believe
that sincerity
paves the road to success.
We are a small company today. Just two of us. Brothers. Sean
builds the clubs himself, and I (Patrick)
work on the website and other geek-oriented tasks. We purchase our club
components from wholesalers and assemble them here in our shop, in Tulsa,
Oklahoma. Since it is our goal to treat every customer like they were
our mother, I think it's safe to say you can count on personal service.
We hope the company grows. If it does, we'll tell you about it. And score one for capitalism and the entrepeneur.
